Bank to eGameWallet Transaction Fee

eGameWallet will combine the amount user requested and the ACH Transaction Fee, debit the total amount from the user bank account as a single transaction. Once our bank has processed the transaction, eGameWallet will post the transaction amount less ACH Transaction Fee to the users’ eGameWallet balance.

Account Setup Fee

eGameWallet charges a $10.00 Account Setup Fee on the users’ first transaction (B2W, W2W, or W2B). The $10.00 Account Setup Fee will be refunded back to the users’ eGameWallet balance when the user has completed ten (10) fee-based transactions.

Wallet to Wallet (W2W) Transaction Fee

eGameWallet charges a $1.50 Transaction Fee for a user to send funds to another user.

Standard ACH Transaction Fee

Standard ACH (B2W, W2B) is no charge per transaction. Refer to ACH Schedule for processing transfer schedule.

A Standard ACH debit from a bank to the Dwolla Network processes within 3-4 business days. (Payment In – B2W).

A Standard ACH credit from the Dwolla Network to a bank, processes within 1-2 business days. (Payment Out – W2B).

Same Day ACH Transaction Fee

Same Day ACH (B2W, W2B) Transaction Fee is $3.00 per transaction. Refer to ACH Schedule for processing transfer schedule.

A Same Day ACH debit from the Dwolla Network to a bank, processes within 0-1 business days. (Payment In – B2W)

A Same Day ACH credit allows for expedited processing of funds from the Dwolla Network to a bank account within 0-1 business days. (Payment Out – W2B)

Lightning Transaction Fee (B2W)

Lightning Transaction utilizes a consumer-permissioned data network to evaluate and assign a risk assessment score for each individual user to determine the eligibility of the user to use Lightning Transaction.

Lightning Transfer Fee is $ per transaction.

Lightning Transfer Limits:

Individual transfer limits are $200-$1000 per transaction.
Cumulative weekly transfer limits are $500-$3000 per user.

Limits and eligibility to utilize Lightning Transfer are based on the following criteria:

Account Types: Individual or Business.
The length of time a user’s account has been active.
PLAID Consumer-permissioned data network to evaluate and assign a risk assessment score for each individual user to determine the eligibility of the user to use Lightning Transaction. PLAID Signal Score. Plaid is neither a “consumer reporting agency” nor a “furnisher” of information to consumer reporting agencies, and Signal provided by Plaid is not a “consumer report,” as those terms are defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), 15 USC 1681 et seq., its implementing regulations, and relevant state consumer reporting laws and regulations.

ACH Return Fee

A fee of $30.00 will be charged to the users’ account balance for each ACH transaction that is returned.
